Forest Friends

Good afternoon all

Well it has been another long sabatical for me, but yet again, here I am back in blogging land.

I have been busy making cards, but have been posting on instagram mainly.  Fabulous app :)

I have a card to share with you all, its using the really cute set by My Favourite Things called Forest Friends, there are so many cute stamps in this set!

 

I coloured in the images with my copics, and then used Tim Holtz distress inks for the background, adding some water droplets to create the speckled effect, love this.  Added in some gorgeous clear sequins and those really cute birds :)

Vet Girl to the rescue

Good afternoon all

Well I should have posted this a while ago, and completely forgot!! Have had rather a lot going on in my life so have got a fairly good excuse lol.

I adore this image, its such cute.  I am not a massive fan of cats but have to say this was just darling to colour in.  I used my copics as my colouring medium, and handmade my roses, as I do :)

Well I love this new image by Jo over at Time for Tea Designs :) 

I got asked if I could do this image for a co-worker, whose daughter is a veterinary nurse, and they wear dark green striped tunics :)

Hey Foxy

Soooooooo, who does not love foxes?  Come on hold your hands up lol??  

Well I love them, and this one that Jo has drawn for Time for Tea Designs is just gorgeous.

I had so much fun with this little cutie and decided I wanted to make a little gift bag using it.

Good morning all

Well its that Monday feeling again, and I had the weekend from busyland!!!

Saturday is our tidy day, with about 10 loads of washing to do, and take out and dry, eep.

Then there is the tidying of the house after two dogs and three kids lol.  

In the evening we were off to Bovington Army base to take photos of a Dining In of the new Lieutenant Colonel for Wessex Yeomanry for the evening, and oh my lord did my back kill after five hours of that.  

So after all that, I completely forgot to set up my post for Time for Tea Designs and my Selfie card that I made for my Step daughter, Bethany, who turned 18 last week :) 

Without further ado :) 

I fell in love with this image, its so perfect for all the girls, young and old in your lives :)   I coloured in using my copics, of course, and went made with my handmade flowers :)
